Warranty Statement
After registering your free 12 month warranty, your Water Feature will be covered against defective parts, materials and workmanship. In the event you need to make a warranty claim, please first ensure that you have read the terms and conditions to ensure the product fits the necessary criteria. Proof of purchase and cover will be required in order to make a claim.
If we replace a part under the terms of warranty, this does not extend the period of warranty, only the replacement part itself will be covered for 12 months from the date of reissue. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Covered Under Warranty

If the Water Feature is damaged on delivery, it must be reported within 24hrs for this to be covered by the warranty. We recommend contacting and returning this to the place of purchase in the first instance. If the retailer cannot be reached, please contact Altico Garden Products Ltd

If you find the Water Feature is cracked/leaks when setting up and is reported within 28 days from purchase, it is covered under warranty and can be returned. This must be returned to the original point of purchase, including any electrics, accessories and in the original packaging

If paint peels during normal use and after following the care guidance provided, it is also covered
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Swelling or blistering of the pump
- Pump has a burning residue smell
- Discolouration that looks like rust
- Any damage caused by misuse or weather conditions
- Cracks or leaks not reported within 28 days from purchase
- Paint or surface discolouration caused by limescale or frost damage
- Visible build-up of dirt / debris within the item
- Light bulbs
If any of the above conditions are found it is likely that this is due to incorrect maintenance and the warranty will be void.
Please do not dispose of any components as further inspection may be required.
We Require
- Proof of warranty, which can be obtained following warranty activation
- Proof of purchase to ensure the claim is being made by the original purchaser
- If this shows the product has been purchased within the period of 12 months, a replacement product or part will be supplied free of charge
- Confirmation of your contact details, (name, address, contact number and email) as well as the replacement part detail or part number where it is an electrical component
- If it is an electrical part, we may ask for this to be returned to us. It is important that we monitor any issues to improve our service
